Purpose of the Company:

Any IT and/or software management activity relating to investments, any real estate, any assets, or infrastructure can be listed for savings or investment purposes as represented by digital assets named (tokens).

The activity of holding companies, which means the acquisition of holdings in all civil or commercial companies.

We are defined as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP or VASP License), in progress as we have several legal law firms in Europe, Canada, and the USA to obtain this agreement in 2024.

We are in negotiations with several crypto exchanges to sign alliances to trade tokens. As they are fully regulated across the world, we want to reinforce our operations globally; we will be announcing this during 2024.

The Publication Director of the website is CityZeen Inc. The hosting provider is Temok. A new server will be updated during 2024 in Canada, fully complied with GDPR.

The information or data that the Site provides on the Company are only intended for non-exhaustive general information on the Company.

2. Intellectual Property: The site and each of its components are the exclusive intellectual property of the company, with the exception of third-party brands that may be cited. 3. Database: The databases established by the company are protected by copyright under the terms of the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code relating to the rights of database producers. Except with the prior written authorization of the Company, any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation and/or modification, partial or complete, as well as any substantial qualitative or quantitative extraction to another platform is prohibited and constitutes the offence of counterfeiting.

4. Responsibilities: The company cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever resulting from a connection to this site that each user performs under his sole responsibility. Each user is solely responsible for the use he makes of the information provided by the site, and the company cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this information by the user.
